The Hollies is a detached three storey mid-Victorian villa situated in the market town of Builth Wells in the heart of mid-Wales.

There is no off-road parking at the moment but there is unrestricted parking in front of the house, making it easy to unload and load your vehicle.

Access to the house is level with the street and there are no steps to enter.

Guest accommodation is on two floors with wide staircase access to the first floor and narrower access to the second floor. Both staircases have hand rails on the right hand side. The staircases are carpeted and well lit.

On the first floor are two double rooms and a single. The double rooms both have en-suite bathrooms, one with shower attachment and the other with in-bath stand up shower. The single room has a separate shower room for the sole use of the occupant. On the second floor is our family room with en-suite shower room. This contains a double and two single beds plus a travel cot and a varity of games to keep your party amused. All bedrooms contain tea and coffee making facilities, hairdriers, alarm clocks and irons. Any thing else you may require we'll do our best to provide upon request.

In our enclosed garden is a twin-bedded Swiss style chalet with veranda. This has its own shower room and separate toilet next to it, together with a secure storage room for your cycles, golf clubs, fishing rods etc The chalet can be separately accessed from Park Road at the rear of the property, if so desired and this is also all on the level. Guests in the house are also welcome to use the storage room.

There is a BBQ, patio furniture and gazebo in our garden which guests are very welcome to use, our aim is to make you feel home-from-home.

Our breakfasts are second to none. All ingredients are locally sourced whenever possible and guaranteed to set you up for the day!! We cater for vegetarians and are happy to cater for any dietary requirements, provided we are informed in advance. We will also, on request, provide you with a packed lunch to keep you going while you explore the area.

We have our own taxi service so we can collect from most U.K airports and local railway stations. You can also book our taxi to take you to the start or finish of your walking or cycling route or to take your party out for a full day tour in our beautiful country side.
